Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account?

Open Repwell, tap Sign up, and enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters). You'll then complete a short onboarding to set your goal, fitness level, and weekly target.

What is the AI coach and is it private?

The AI coach is an optional assistant that helps with training questions. It is off by default. It only works after you turn it on in Settings → Privacy → AI coach. When enabled, your message text is sent securely to Anthropic Claude to generate a reply. You can turn it off any time, which stops all further sending.

How do I change units (kg / lb) or theme?

Go to Settings → Appearance to switch between dark/light theme and accent colour, and Units to switch between kg and lb.

How do I set workout reminders?

Open Settings → Reminders to choose your reminder time and training days.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.

I forgot my password.

Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen, or email us for help.

Is Repwell free?

Yes. This version of Repwell is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
