These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Repwell mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Arunakumar Tavva ("We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Repwell. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, disrupting its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law. You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through the AI coach or any other feature.
Repwell provides general fitness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The workout plans, exercise suggestions, and AI coach responses are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme. You use the Service and perform any exercises at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or health issue arising from your use of the Service.
The optional AI coach is powered by Anthropic Claude and is disabled until you grant consent in the app. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be used with judgement. Do not rely on the AI coach for medical, legal, or emergency advice.
The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your workout logs and coach messages), and grant Us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service.
This version of the Service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; any such features and their terms will be presented to you before purchase.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
